Base Salary
$110k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own structured onboarding and adoption engagements from kickoff to post-engagement hypercare.
- Lead discovery into each customer's API lifecycle and design tailored project plans.
- Configure and validate enterprise security and identity controls.
- Design and enable customers' team workspaces and collaboration tools.
- Drive project management and coordinate with customer stakeholders.
- Deliver across a growing catalog of engagement types.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Customer Success teams.
- Capture customer feedback and relay it to product and engineering teams.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and API design principles.
- Hands-on familiarity with enterprise identity and security concepts.
- Strong consultative instincts and ability to present to technical and business audiences.
- Proven project-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for leading configuration sessions.
- A bias for action and a drive to deliver customer value efficiently.
