Responsibilities
- Optimize vertical search quality, relevance, and distribution algorithms for photo-text and short-drama content.
- Develop multimodal understanding solutions integrating visual features, text semantics, and other data.
- Improve semantic alignment, cross-modal matching, relevance models, and search experience using LLM/VML technologies.
- Implement and optimize algorithm models across training, inference, and deployment while maintaining online stability.
- Track emerging technologies, conduct technical research, and apply innovations to semantic understanding and relevance matching.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in a computer-related major.
- Excellent coding ability and proficiency in programming languages such as C++ or Python, with familiarity with common data structures and programming algorithms.
- Solid machine learning foundation and strong algorithm-design and modeling capabilities.
- Familiarity with at least one of machine learning, data mining, NLP, image processing, multimodality, or large models.
- Strong problem-solving, initiative, curiosity, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of search business, image-quality evaluation, content-relevance judgment, and multimodal content understanding is preferred; content search or recommendation experience is a plus.
