Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations.
- Configure tables, entities, forms, views, business rules, and automated processes.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure services, APIs, and web services.
- Gather requirements with business stakeholders and IT teams and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Conduct unit and user acceptance testing, manage solution deployments, and optimize application performance.
- Provide troubleshooting, production support, and technical documentation while following Microsoft best practices, security controls, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least five years of hands-on experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service or Customer Engagement solutions.
- Proficiency with Dynamics 365 configuration and development using JavaScript, C#, .NET, plugins, workflows, and Power Platform.
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with enterprise applications through APIs, web services, and integration tools.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dataverse, model-driven Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- U.S. citizenship and the ability to successfully complete a background check are required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Government/Public Trust clearance, including required fingerprinting when applicable.
- Preferred qualifications include federal government CRM implementation experience, data migration and ETL experience, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps practices, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
