Base Salary
$129k - $192k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build high-quality features integrating third party data and systems.
- Work with AI as a first-class collaborator, orchestrating agents for code generation and testing.
- Define and codify AI-Native engineering practices for the Foundry team.
- Build across the full stack, delivering polished and reliable experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to solve complex user problems.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and maintain a culture of continuous improvement.
- Participate in on-call rotation and incident response.
- Mentor team members and help evolve AI-native engineering practices.
Requirements
- 6+ years of backend software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency with Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with Apache Kafka or similar distributed streaming platforms.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems concepts.
- Comfortable with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
- Heavy user of agentic workflows and understands the research-plan-implement cycle.
