Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of frontend systems and own the product’s user experience.
- Build intuitive, high-performance interfaces using TypeScript, React, and modern frontend tooling.
- Translate complex systems and AI capabilities into user-facing features and simple workflows.
- Design scalable, maintainable, performant, and responsive frontend architecture for data-intensive visualizations and real-time interfaces.
- Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product managers on product direction and user needs.
- Prototype features rapidly, incorporate user feedback, and contribute to quality through testing, accessibility, and component reuse.
Requirements
- At least five years of software development experience.
- Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and React.
- Track record of building scalable, maintainable, and performant applications.
- Strong UX instincts and experience simplifying complex workflows, particularly for developer tools, observability systems, or data-heavy applications.
- Experience building reusable component libraries or design systems.
- Ability to collaborate with backend teams on APIs and full-stack performance optimization.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment while balancing polish and pragmatism.
- Interest in AI or developer agents and curiosity about LLMs in product experiences is a bonus.
