Responsibilities
- Assist engineering teams in assessing application security.
- Participate in secure software design and code reviews.
- Develop and review test plans for effective security coverage.
- Mitigate security findings by assessing impacts and proposing solutions.
- Provide expertise on cloud application and infrastructure security.
- Offer training on secure software development practices.
- Review and improve security implementations in the product stack.
- Research and propose advanced security patterns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or post-graduate diploma in cybersecurity or technology.
- 5 years of experience in product security, application security, or cloud security.
- Experience with threat modeling, risk assessment, and controls review.
- Proficiency in programming languages.
- Experience managing SAST, DAST, and SCA tools.
- In-depth understanding of authentication, TLS, network security, and cloud security.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Security or cloud certifications are preferred.
