Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of fine-tuning methodologies for large language models.
- Perform instruction fine-tuning, domain adaptation, dataset preprocessing, and model evaluation.
- Integrate AI models with APIs and troubleshoot and optimize performance in production environments.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align model capabilities with business objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Generative AI is stated as an additional requirement.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Proficiency in Generative AI, Large Language Models, Python Frameworks, API Management, Agentic AI, and Prompt Engineering.
- Strong experience designing and executing instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation techniques.
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and data preprocessing for model training.
- Familiarity with model evaluation metrics and techniques for improving accuracy and relevance.
- Experience integrating AI models with application programming interfaces and optimizing production performance.
