Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of AI-driven Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise business problems and process automation.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP BTP and SAP GenAI solutions.
- Architect and implement GenAI pipelines using SAP AI Core, Generative AI Hub, SAP HANA Cloud Vector Engine, and Knowledge Graph Engine.
- Design RAG and GraphRAG workflows using grounding, vector similarity search, semantic search, embeddings, chunking, and knowledge graphs.
- Integrate LLMs and foundation models with enterprise data sources and build LangChain/LangGraph orchestration pipelines.
- Implement prompt templating, query rewriting, fusion techniques, data masking, content filtering, schema-based output parsing, and AI evaluation processes.
- Develop knowledge graphs and ontologies for enterprise-domain reasoning and contextual GenAI applications.
- Integrate AI capabilities into cloud-native SAP applications using the CAP model and SAP Extension Suite.
- Manage end-to-end GenAI project lifecycles, including model integration, fine-tuning, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage delivery progress, map business requirements to AI architectures, and mentor team members.
- Ensure scalability, performance, secure multitenant deployment, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics and Communication, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in SAP BTP, SAP AI Core, Generative AI Hub, and SAP HANA Cloud Vector Engine and Knowledge Graph Engine.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, foundation models, RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector similarity search, knowledge graphs, GraphRAG, and ontology modeling.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel and with prompt engineering, schema-based output parsing, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Working knowledge of CAP, SAP Extension Suite, vector stores, semantic search APIs, multitenant SaaS architectures, MLOps, and cloud-native application design.
- Experience with Agentic AI development, A2A protocol, MCP servers, RDF, SPARQL, OWL, or equivalent graph technologies.
- Experience deploying SAP applications and AI workloads using Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, BTP CLI, Kyma Runtime, or related automation tools.
- Familiarity with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, SAP Continuous Integration and Delivery, Prometheus, Grafana, observability, and AI request tracing.
- Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, data privacy, content filtering, data masking, scalability, performance optimization, and enterprise integration.
- SAP certifications, including SAP Certified Associate - Positioning SAP Business AI Solutions as part of SAP Business Suite, are preferred.
- Experience with SAP process AI and innovations in supply chain, finance, or industry domains and familiarity with SAP Signavio are preferred.
