Responsibilities
- Build and maintain end-to-end full-stack features with analyst-facing frontends, backend APIs, and Java or Python microservices.
- Implement and optimize RAG pipelines and stateful multi-agent workflows using agentic frameworks, structured outputs, tool calling, and human-in-the-loop steps.
- Develop offline and online evaluation suites and benchmark harnesses to assess relevance, groundedness, and hallucination reduction.
- Deploy and integrate AI components with AWS services including Lambda, ECS/Fargate, EventBridge, S3, IAM, and API Gateway.
- Monitor model and service performance, triage production incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize token and resource consumption.
- Participate in code reviews, write unit and integration tests, maintain CI/CD pipelines, document technical patterns, and collaborate with business stakeholders in Agile sprints.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on software engineering experience with Java or Python and modern full-stack web technologies such as React, TypeScript, FastAPI, or Spring Boot.
- Experience building generative AI applications with Google ADK, LangGraph, or equivalent agentic frameworks, vector databases, and AWS Bedrock.
- Experience implementing evaluation pipelines and prompt testing with Braintrust, AgentCore Eval, equivalent technologies, or custom benchmark harnesses.
- Working knowledge of AWS Lambda, ECS/Fargate, S3, EventBridge, CloudWatch, and API Gateway.
- Knowledge of automated testing, Git, Docker, and CI/CD automation.
- Preferred experience includes financial-domain data, investment research workflows, enterprise content authoring tools, token optimization, prompt caching, latency reduction, guardrail frameworks, and asynchronous or event-driven Java and Python microservices.
