Responsibilities
- Build agentic and automation workflows with structured inputs and evaluations.
- Partner with engineering teams to define problems and ship solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack support tooling including UI and APIs.
- Integrate various systems with clear contracts and auditability.
- Improve reliability and performance through metrics and production practices.
- Build safe tool access patterns with least-privilege permissions.
- Participate in on-call rotation for systems owned by the team.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience building production web applications or distributed systems.
- Fluency with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor, Codex, or Claude.
- Strong software development skills in TypeScript/React and Go.
- Experience shipping reliable software from design through delivery.
- Practical experience with LLM application patterns and REST API integrations.
- Familiarity with observability and operations practices.
