Responsibilities
- Own experiments end-to-end, from hypothesis shaping to iteration.
- Build full-stack product experiences in a mature Typescript monorepo.
- Engage with users and stakeholders to refine problem framing.
- Define a framework for experimentation balancing learning and quality.
- Document interface contracts and transition plans for successful bets.
- Contribute to architectural decisions for reusable platform patterns.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience shipping customer-facing web products.
- Proven ownership of high-impact problems from concept to deployment.
- Strong product engineering instincts to define and prioritize problems.
- Ability to navigate between strategy and execution effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a remote environment.
- High standards with a pragmatic approach to product development.
