Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end web applications and implement customer feedback, changes, and enhancements.
- Design and build solutions while troubleshooting and resolving complex or escalated application issues.
- Analyze logs, application behavior, and system performance to identify root causes of crashes, data inconsistencies, and integration failures.
- Perform root-cause analysis and collaborate with development teams on permanent fixes and enhancements.
- Monitor applications, detect anomalies, and optimize performance and scalability using monitoring tools.
- Support production deployments, hotfixes, rollback procedures, and post-deployment validation.
- Ensure support activities comply with GxP and applicable regulatory requirements while maintaining audit trails and change and incident documentation.
- Collaborate with DevOps, QA, product teams, and non-technical stakeholders to resolve issues and communicate findings.
- Document solutions, workarounds, and known issues and provide guidance and training to L1/L2 support teams.
Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of experience developing end-to-end web applications using Microsoft technologies.
- Working knowledge of .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, WebAPI, and Postman.
- Working knowledge of Angular 7 or above, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Knowledge of Azure Cosmos DB, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, MSSQL, and SQL.
- Familiarity with UI testing and unit testing tools including MSTest, Jasmine, Moq, NUnit, and Karma.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, efficient coding and querying, performance troubleshooting, code review, authentication and authorization, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect.
- Experience with at least one service-oriented architecture project and knowledge of Azure DevOps.
- Experience working with authentication and authorization technologies, preferably including OAuth2 and OpenID Connect.
- Experience working in an Agile practice, preferably Scrum.
- MCA or a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical reasoning, attention to detail, communication, writing, flexibility, and teamwork skills.
