Responsibilities
- Implement customer feedback, changes, and enhancements by understanding requirements, designing solutions, and building features.
- Investigate and resolve complex or escalated issues involving application crashes, data inconsistencies, integration failures, logs, application behavior, and system performance.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring or high-impact issues and collaborate on permanent fixes and enhancements.
- Monitor applications, detect anomalies, and optimize application performance and scalability using tools such as App Insights, Grafana, and Kibana.
- Support production deployments, hotfixes, rollback procedures, and post-deployment stability validation.
- Ensure support activities comply with GxP and applicable regulatory requirements while maintaining audit trails and incident documentation.
- Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and product teams and communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Document solutions, workarounds, and known issues and provide guidance and training to L1/L2 support teams.
Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of experience developing end-to-end web applications using Microsoft technologies.
- Working knowledge of .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, WebAPI, Postman, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Working knowledge of Cosmos DB, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Microsoft SQL Server, and related cloud-native architectures.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, code reviews, object-oriented programming, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and efficient query development.
- Familiarity with UI and unit testing tools including MSTest, Jasmine, Moq, NUnit, and Karma.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization, including OAuth 2 and OpenID Connect, and experience with at least one service-oriented architecture project.
- Experience working in an Agile practice, preferably Scrum.
- MCA or bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, written and oral English communication, customer-service orientation, flexibility, and teamwork.
