Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of technical workshops, boot camps, and summits across multiple regions.
- Coordinate staffing, instructor resources, and logistics for over 20 major events annually.
- Manage marketing launch coordination and drive attendance for events.
- Lead the Lunch & Learn roadshow series across various cities.
- Develop comprehensive lab guides with subject-matter experts.
- Set up and maintain hands-on lab environments for training.
- Create and maintain technical playbooks for each product family.
- Manage technical LMS content and keep certification material current.
- Deliver Capstone certification grading and validation.
- Validate new product introductions and coordinate content updates.
- Measure event-to-pipeline attribution and report results to leadership.
- Support the goal of 100% Strategic Partner certification by FY27.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, partner enablement, or technical training role.
- Strong hands-on experience with UCaaS, CCaaS, or cloud communications platforms.
- Proven ability to teach complex technical concepts to mixed-skill audiences.
- Experience building and running lab environments for training.
- Excellent project management skills for multi-city event coordination.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills for partner presentations.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% for in-person events.
