Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide technical guidance.
Develop custom applications and agents using Copilot Studio and Microsoft Power Platform components.
Incorporate AI components into low-code solution architectures.
Design and define Dataverse data models while ensuring data integrity and security.
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing applications.
Research the latest Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot features and updates.
Organize training and provide support to junior staff and end users.
Report project and team status to leadership.

At least 8 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
At least 6 years of experience developing applications with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
At least 1 year of work or research experience with Copilot Studio.
At least 5 years of similar corporate experience.
Proficiency in Copilot Studio agent creation and AI integration.
Strong Dataverse data management experience, including data modeling, data dictionaries, and Power BI.
Experience integrating Azure services with Power Platform, particularly through Power Automate.
Postgraduate or graduate degree in engineering.
Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, collaboration, and independent-working skills.
Microsoft Power Platform certifications are preferred.
Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Azure OpenAI Services is preferred.
