Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React and Python.
  • Build, optimize, and troubleshoot APIs, microservices, and backend components.
  • Write efficient SQL queries, optimize database performance, and manage relational data models.
  • Design and implement business process automations using Power Automate.
  • Build and integrate LLM-driven agentic AI workflows, decision-making flows, and orchestration pipelines.
  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on Azure and AWS cloud services.
  • Use cloud-native functions, API gateways, storage services, and messaging queues.
  • Contribute to technical architecture, design discussions, secure coding, scaling, observability, and engineering best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and maintain high coding standards.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, AI, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
  • Strong proficiency with React.js, Python, and SQL, including performance optimization, query tuning, schema design, and stored procedures.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate, including cloud flows, connectors, and error handling.
  • Practical understanding of agentic AI concepts such as LLM orchestration, task planning, and autonomous workflows.
  • Experience deploying and managing applications on Azure and/or AWS.
  • Understanding of Git, containerization, software engineering fundamentals, algorithms, data structures, API design, secure coding, and system design.
  • Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI is preferred.
  • Docker or Kubernetes experience is a plus.
  • Experience with MongoDB, DynamoDB, or Cosmos DB is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Kafka, SNS/SQS, or Event Grid is desirable.
  • Exposure to MLOps, model hosting, AI agent frameworks, Azure OpenAI, or AWS Bedrock is desirable.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills.
