Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain frontend and backend features for a new internal platform through production.
- Build and maintain integrations with cloud and AI infrastructure.
- Translate business workflows into production software in collaboration with business teams and senior engineers.
- Implement secure authentication, access control, and data governance for sensitive business data.
- Contribute to testing, CI/CD, deployment, and observability practices.
- Iterate on features using user feedback while balancing speed and reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience with hands-on frontend and backend experience.
- Solid Python skills and experience with FastAPI or a comparable asynchronous Python web framework.
- Production experience with React and TypeScript.
- Familiarity with LLM/AI API integrations; agentic or tool-calling experience is a plus.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP, with Azure preferred.
- Working knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and OIDC authentication flows.
- Ability to collaborate with non-technical business stakeholders to clarify and shape requirements.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments.
