Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Salesforce B2C Commerce SFRA cartridges, controllers, models, ISML templates, and scheduled jobs.
- Implement catalog, pricing, promotions, cart, checkout, search, and order management features.
- Build and maintain integrations with payment service providers, tax and fraud systems, PIM/DAM platforms, and OMS/ERP systems through OCAPI, webhooks, and middleware.
- Write unit and integration tests and support static analysis and OWASP security remediation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, estimate backlog work, conduct code reviews, support deployments, and configure Business Manager.
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to L3 incident root-cause analysis and bug fixes when allocated.
Requirements
- Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud SFRA architecture, ISML, and JavaScript/Node.js.
- Experience with OCAPI, Business Manager configuration, and job scheduling.
- Understanding of eCommerce concepts including catalog, pricing, promotions, cart and checkout, and order management.
- Experience integrating payment, tax/fraud, and PIM/DAM systems.
- Experience with version control and CI/CD tooling.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud Developer certification, cross-border or multi-locale storefront experience, and retail or luxury eCommerce experience are preferred.
