Responsibilities
- Develop, code, enhance, and maintain custom full-stack software solutions across systems and applications.
- Guide engineering teams on architecture, software design, best practices, and technology choices.
- Oversee complex projects from concept through production and ensure successful delivery.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and foster continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product management, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Set technical direction for greenfield SaaS products and make high-stakes engineering decisions.
- Lead product vision delivery with engineering teams and drive innovation, cloud, DevOps, and AI modernization initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in .NET full-stack development or software development/engineering roles.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Expertise in .NET full-stack development and multiple programming languages.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, principles, architecture, and best practices.
- Deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or other cloud platforms.
- Extensive experience designing, developing, and maintaining SaaS applications.
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases and data architecture.
- Understanding of security best practices and frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, lead complex large-scale projects, and drive product delivery.
- Experience with cloud, DevOps, or AI modernization initiatives, including LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains.
- Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, organizational, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
