Responsibilities
- Guide engineering teams on software architecture, best practices, and technology decisions.
- Lead the design, development, maintenance, and delivery of production-ready SaaS applications.
- Oversee complex technical projects from concept through production.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and promote continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product management, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Drive innovation, technical research, and continuous improvement in software development and operations.
- Set technical direction, make high-stakes decisions, and balance short- and long-term product goals.
- Act as a product owner and help drive product vision and delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience is stated, with additional requirements specifying at least 12 years of .NET full-stack development experience.
- Strong expertise in .NET full-stack development, software architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining SaaS applications.
- Deep knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms, including Azure and Google Cloud.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database systems and data architecture.
- Understanding of security best practices and frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams and oversee complex, large-scale projects.
- Experience demonstrating technical leadership, architectural design, product ownership, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
