Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce project teams and provide technical guidance to development teams.
- Design Salesforce architecture, including scalable data models, integration patterns, security models, and implementations capable of handling large data volumes.
- Develop, customize, integrate, troubleshoot, and optimize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Conduct code reviews, maintain technical documentation, and address technical debt and security vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and multiple teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and support key decisions.
- Mentor junior team members and coach, motivate, and direct multidisciplinary Salesforce professionals.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities and lead process improvements to support timely project delivery.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in Salesforce Development, including experience in a Senior Salesforce Developer or Architect role.
- At least three years of experience solutioning Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, services, capabilities, configuration, customization, integration, Governor limits, and security models.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning UI or Lightning components, and Salesforce performance optimization.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with data sources and enterprise systems using tools and techniques such as Informatica, Salesforce Connect, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with Git, version-controlled environments, continuous integration, and DevOps principles.
- Preferred familiarity with TLS, SSL, data encryption, and relevant security standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder presentation, mentoring, and team leadership skills.
- Salesforce Architect certifications are highly desirable.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
