Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship highly performant, reliable, scalable AI agents for production use.
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from initial pilot through deployment, tuning, and continuous iteration.
- Work directly with enterprise customers and startups to understand business challenges and build effective AI-agent solutions.
- Develop agent frameworks, self-service capabilities, new agent architectures, and generative-agent features.
- Experiment with voice models and integrate them into enterprise-grade customer solutions.
- Surface customer needs, prototype platform tools and features, and collaborate with research, product, and platform teams.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing and ambiguous environments.
- A builder and tinkerer mindset with high agency and the ability to overcome obstacles and ship.
- Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs and solve real-world problems.
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Preferred: experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production.
- Preferred: familiarity with evaluation frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
- Preferred: experience as a founder or founding engineer.
- Preferred: prior experience with React, TypeScript, or Go.
- Preferred: experience interfacing with customers or leading technical projects with external stakeholders.
