Responsibilities

Develop and implement new ServiceNow applications.
Develop workflows and scripts to personalize ServiceNow applications and automate and improve business processes.
Create and manage web portals for internal and external clients using JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Angular.
Monitor the health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications.
Work directly with end users to resolve ServiceNow issues.
Participate in problem-solving during ServiceNow development, testing, and production.
Develop standalone ServiceNow tools and dashboards supporting ITSM and Project Management workflows.
Create and configure workflows based on business requirements and best practices.
Integrate ServiceNow with other customer business systems.
Create and manage ServiceNow tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies, script includes, UI pages, and UI macros.
Deploy and validate ServiceNow patches, updates, and new platform versions.

4+ years of software development experience.
At least 2 years of experience developing and implementing ServiceNow applications and IT products such as ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, or SecOps.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow products.
Strong JavaScript and web-platform development experience, including reusability and componentization.
Excellent communication, collaboration, detail orientation, problem-solving, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work effectively with cultural diversity.
Working experience in Agile.
