Responsibilities
- Manage and configure Murex MX.3 and related applications.
- Install, upgrade, and patch technology environments.
- Design and maintain integrations between trading, risk, market-data, and settlement systems.
- Monitor performance and data flows and ensure the stability of overnight processing.
- Analyze and resolve incidents and problems.
- Automate operational tasks and deployments.
- Document architecture and processes.
- Translate business and risk requirements into IT solutions.
- Support, coach, and help organize team members in an Agile/Scrum context.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, engineering, or a comparable field.
- Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and team orientation.
- Knowledge of Dutch or French and English.
- Experience working in a complex IT environment.
- Technical skills in Linux/Unix, scripting, SQL, databases, Java and/or Python, APIs and integrations, batch processing, and monitoring.
- Experience with Murex, financial products, P&L, risk, or Scrum Master responsibilities is advantageous.
- Ownership, responsibility, structured working habits, stress resilience, ability to explain complex matters clearly, proactivity, and an automation-oriented mindset.
