Responsibilities
- Design and validate technical solutions against business, operational, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the roadmap and evolution of mobile core platforms.
- Lead or support end-to-end implementation projects, including design, rollout, and optimization.
- Draft and review functional technical specifications and RFPs.
- Drive architecture and impact analysis and produce technical documentation.
- Collaborate with operations, product, marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
- Act as a technical reference point for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree in Telecommunications, IT, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in a telecom or IT environment.
- Strong experience with IoT/M2M connectivity platforms, including SIM for Things.
- Strong understanding of eSIM Remote SIM Provisioning, including GSMA SGP.31/32, SIM lifecycle management, and provisioning workflows.
- Experience with multi-tenant environments and large-scale device connectivity.
- Experience with SIM file systems, applets, and SIM ordering processes.
- Knowledge of mobile core components such as 2G/3G/LTE, HLR, HSS, and PCRF is preferred.
- Understanding of HTTP, SS7, Diameter, MAP, and GTP protocols is preferred.
- Experience in roaming, IoT, or MVNO/MVNE environments is preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, customer focus, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
