Responsibilities
- Lead development and run-support activities for multiple data warehouse build projects.
- Own ETL build project deliverables and provide senior technical expertise.
- Oversee vendors and review designs, estimates, requirements, coding, and testing deliverables.
- Oversee QA validation and production promotion.
- Govern design strategy, change control, and production promotion processes for Ab Initio and data warehouse technologies.
- Drive improvements in data warehouse efficiency, operating expense, performance, and data delivery.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, architecture, technology, and security standards.
- Coordinate with data warehouse application teams and communicate deliverable status, issues, barriers, and challenges.
- Prepare and maintain program design documents, process flows, test plans, and other technical documentation.
- Participate in incident response and root-cause analysis with the Service Delivery team and direct problem resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or MCA with at least six years of data management experience, or a high school diploma/GED with at least six years of IT experience under the stated eligibility criteria.
- At least six years of experience with ETL tools such as Ab Initio.
- Expertise or proficiency in Unix scripting, SQL, software version control, and Ab Initio.
- Experience with data architecture, data modeling, data management, big data, cloud technologies, and financial services data management.
- Strong understanding of database and data warehouse concepts.
- Preferred exposure to Ab Initio GDE, Co>Operating System, Control Center, Metadata Hub, Enterprise Meta>Environment, Enterprise Meta>Environment Portal, Acquire>It, Express>It, Conduct>It, Data Quality Environment, Query>It, and Test Data Management.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies and strong communication, analytical, critical-thinking, collaboration, and influencing skills.
- Desired experience with data transmission protocols, data encryption methodologies, Bank Card, PLCC, consumer lending applications, Oracle, MySQL, Redshift, and other ETL, database, operating system, scheduling tools, or languages.
- Eligibility criteria also allow a bachelor’s degree with four or more years of IT experience or equivalent leadership program experience.

- Work timing is 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST, with required availability during a 6:00 AM to 11:30 AM Eastern Time collaboration window and remaining hours flexible.
- Occasional commuting or travel to Hyderabad or another Regional Engagement Hub may be required for meetings, training, and culture events.
