Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Analyze, cleanse, transform, and interpret large volumes of data to derive actionable insights.
- Apply data visualization techniques and statistical methods in software development contexts.
- Act as a subject matter expert and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication on project goals and deliverables.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in Data Analysis & Interpretation.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, including complex dataset analysis.
- Experience with data visualization, data cleansing, and data transformation.
- Familiarity with statistical methods and their application in software development.
- Competence with software tools and frameworks that support data-driven decision-making.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
