Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application and service deployment.
- Implement infrastructure as code with Terraform.
- Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate deployments using Kubernetes.
- Write automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deploy and operate cloud applications.
- Monitor and optimize cloud resource performance, availability, and cost while applying security and compliance best practices.
- Mentor others and contribute to improving technical maturity.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a DevOps or cloud infrastructure engineering role.
- Hands-on experience with at least one of Azure, AWS, or GCP, including compute, networking, serverless, and API management services.
- Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including managed services such as AKS, EKS, or GKE.
- Hands-on Terraform experience.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
- Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Understanding of Git, networking, and cloud security fundamentals.
- Practical experience using AI-assisted engineering tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or Gemini Code Assist, including reviewing and validating generated output.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of Ansible, Chef, or Puppet is desirable.
- Experience with agentic workflows in observability, triage, and DevOps practices is desirable.
- Cloud certifications, multi-cloud experience, and experience with monitoring and observability tools are desirable.
