Responsibilities
- Build new capabilities for Mo across engineering, data, and medical domains.
- Develop a fast, engaging, and content-rich conversational experience.
- Integrate Mo with Alan services and healthcare systems, including digital healthcare professional chat, physical healthcare professional location maps, and prevention programs.
- Extend Mo’s architecture and agentic framework to support additional context, skills, and countries.
- Own supported product use cases and ensure they create meaningful member impact.
- Influence system architecture and code quality.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to product and engineering culture.
- Participate in hiring and shape interview loops while helping build the team.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in product or software engineering.
- Applied background in software engineering and systems architecture.
- Interest in building state-of-the-art AI systems for high-stakes healthcare applications.
- Experience with traditional machine learning, LLMs, or ML DevOps is a plus.
- Product-minded, self-directed, pragmatic, collaborative, and curious.
- Fluent in English; French is not required.
