Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions for the Control Center platform.
- Build and improve authentication, authorization, audit logging, dual-approval workflows, and other security-related platform services.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, technical design, Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical estimations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support high availability, reliability, performance, scalability, observability, and system health.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code and document technical solutions.
- Support CI/CD processes and promote automation across the software development lifecycle.
- Monitor and improve developer experience and share technical knowledge with team members.
Requirements
- Must be based in Brazil.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above is required.
- Bachelor’s or associate’s degree, or at least three years of work experience.
- Experience with Golang, Java, or React.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Experience developing, maintaining, and supporting backend services or web applications in production environments.
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting production systems.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, observability, monitoring, logging, databases, distributed systems, Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools, and Git.
- Understanding of AWS services, authentication and authorization concepts, microservices, micro frontend architectures, software engineering principles, design patterns, and object-oriented programming.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, communication, collaboration, ownership, adaptability, quality focus, and customer orientation.
