Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end system features from user experience through backend and cloud infrastructure.
- Define Azure target architectures, landing zones, identity and network boundaries, service selections, integration patterns, availability, and disaster-recovery designs.
- Lead Azure solution delivery, migration planning, resource allocation, dependency and risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
- Build secure, resilient, scalable, and high-performance distributed applications using cloud services, microservices, containers, and deployment automation.
- Architect Azure-hosted LLM services and retrieval-augmented generation solutions with secure data access, identity controls, private networking, observability, and human approval gates.
- Review AI-generated designs and configurations for security, resilience, deployment risk, cost, prompt-injection resistance, and sensitive-data handling.
- Coordinate architecture, security, operations, and engineering teams while contributing to decisions across multiple teams.
- Mentor engineers, facilitate knowledge sharing, and manage team decisions and technical delivery.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Architecture is additionally stated.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Architecture is required.
- Experience with cloud service models, infrastructure as code, scalable application design, distributed systems, microservices, containerization, orchestration, and automated deployment pipelines is required.
- Ability to design secure, resilient, and high-performance cloud solutions is required.
- Knowledge of capital markets and investment management, including securities, trading, portfolio management, and investment operations, is required.
- Hands-on experience using approved AI assistants for context-rich prompting, design review, deployment validation, and Azure-hosted LLM and retrieval solutions is required.
- Fifteen years of full-time education is required.
- Experience leading Azure solution delivery, migration planning, resource allocation, budget tracking, dependency and risk management, and stakeholder alignment is expected.
