Responsibilities
- Design and deliver complex AI-enabled product features across UI, APIs, services, and data pipelines.
- Own the full software development lifecycle for digital banking products, including architecture, release, and maintenance.
- Design and improve system architecture and integrations across APIs and microservices.
- Contribute to LLM-based voice assistants and real-time personalization engines using OpenAI and machine learning models.
- Implement entitlement and fraud prevention services with attention to security, scalability, and resilience.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and improve engineering standards.
- Identify tooling gaps, reduce technical debt, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and UX designers to align technical solutions with business needs.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of professional experience building complex, high-traffic products.
- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring JPA/Hibernate, Maven, microservices, and cloud technologies.
- Strong frontend skills with Angular and TypeScript, including proficiency with RxJS.
- Experience with modern build systems such as Webpack and Jenkins.
- Ability to design systems using Enterprise Integration Patterns and manage complex data flows between services.
- Experience with Vue.js is a plus.
- Experience with Netflix OSS is a plus.
- Excellent spoken and written English and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fintech or banking experience is highly considered an advantage.
