Base Salary
$285k - $330k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and evolution of platforms and frameworks for lending products.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand their needs and build enabling capabilities.
- Set technical direction through design documents and architecture reviews.
- Identify and prioritize infrastructure improvements to enhance product development.
- Mentor engineers and improve team processes and code quality.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a backend engineering role.
- Strong focus on building high-quality software.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects with sound tradeoffs.
- Ability to identify commonalities in problem statements and design abstractions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.
