Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, develop, test, implement, and maintain moderately complex applications and databases.
- Translate technical specifications into code and integrate third-party products for internal clients.
- Develop AI-powered applications, dashboards, operational monitoring systems, and agent-based solutions.
- Work with GenAI, LLMs, RAG frameworks, and AI agents to support operational automation.
- Use Claude for code generation, code review, debugging, and solution design.
- Analyze issues, recommend solutions, and independently drive implementation.
- Participate in CI/CD, deployment, automation, monitoring, and incident-support activities.
- Collaborate with Product, SRE, Environment, Rapid Response, and other engineering teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in application development, system analysis, or database management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT, such as a B.E./B.Tech, or a Bachelor’s in Computer Applications (BCA).
- Experience building AI dashboards and operational monitoring systems.
- Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks and AI-driven automation.
- DevOps exposure and experience with cloud-native application development.
- Understanding of system observability and error-monitoring solutions.
- Ability to understand business problems and recommend suitable AI-based solutions.
- Strong coding, problem-solving, analytical, cross-team collaboration, ownership, and self-directed working skills.
- Team lead experience.
