Responsibilities
- Design, code, build, configure, and enhance custom software solutions across applications and systems.
- Develop and deploy AI-driven applications using generative models.
- Design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies to improve application performance and reliability.
- Provide solutions to problems spanning multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert with influencing and advisory responsibilities.
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience, including experience in generative AI.
- Proficiency in Generative AI is required.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Experience developing and deploying AI-driven applications focused on generative models.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Knowledge of application architecture implementation and testing, Responsible AI, and AI agents and workflow integration is preferred.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle best practices and agile methodologies.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
