Base Salary
$114k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with management teams to integrate functions, identify system enhancements, and deploy new products and process improvements.
- Resolve high-impact problems and projects through detailed evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
- Provide advanced application programming expertise and ensure application designs follow the overall architecture blueprint.
- Develop coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards using advanced knowledge of system flows.
- Analyze business, architecture, and infrastructure integration and develop innovative solutions.
- Advise and coach mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as needed.
- Assess and manage technology and business risks while supporting regulatory compliance, controls, and protection of Citi, its clients, and assets.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in application development or systems analysis.
- Expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and real-time messaging technologies.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to engineering and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to design software architecture and perform trade-off analysis across complex technical environments.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
