Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend services, APIs, and data models using Python and Golang.
- Contribute to distributed systems supporting enterprise data modeling and product use cases, including work with Kafka, Flink, and AWS.
- Build and ship production React and React Native code for end-to-end features and UI components.
- Own product initiatives from early problem definition through implementation and help shape technical designs for App Studio capabilities.
- Write maintainable, well-tested code, participate in code reviews, and contribute to engineering standards.
- Partner with Product, Design, and engineering teams to solve complex user problems and build reusable platform components.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience building production systems.
- Experience building scalable backend services; Python, Django, Golang, MongoDB, and AWS experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to write and ship production code in React and React Native, including understanding component lifecycles, state management, and mobile constraints.
- Ability to design scalable and reliable systems and evaluate consistency, performance, and fault-tolerance trade-offs.
- Experience building reusable systems, frameworks, or developer-facing components is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to independently drive projects, navigate ambiguity, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
