Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable, secure Open Banking services for Open Finance experiences.
- Contribute hands-on through coding, architecture reviews, and design sessions.
- Collaborate with product and business teams to shape critical initiatives and technical solutions.
- Mentor engineers and technical leads through coaching, code reviews, interviews, and architectural guidance.
- Lead architectural decisions, balance trade-offs, optimize cost-benefit strategies, and promote reuse and enterprise alignment.
- Drive technical initiatives, cross-functional collaboration, continuous improvement, and high-impact delivery.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering and architecture experience.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices.
- Hands-on experience designing and building secure, scalable systems in AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments.
- Knowledge of cryptography, encryption, secure communication protocols, secure coding, OWASP, CWE, and vulnerability management.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or Node.js.
- Experience leading technical initiatives in fast-paced, high-impact environments, particularly financial services.
- Strong understanding of compliance needs and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience mentoring engineers, conducting technical interviews, and helping build high-performing teams.
- Strong collaboration, communication, influence, conflict-resolution, problem-solving, and ownership skills.
