Responsibilities
- Design and build autonomous AI agents using LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
- Develop Graph-RAG architectures integrating semantic search and structured knowledge retrieval.
- Integrate AI agents with engineering tools, databases, simulators, APIs, and enterprise knowledge sources.
- Optimize prompting, agent orchestration, and production AI performance while implementing safeguards for traceability, reliability, security, and accuracy.
- Develop high-performance Python APIs using FastAPI.
- Design scalable, resilient, high-performance SaaS platforms using microservices architecture.
- Define architectural standards, best practices, and technical roadmaps while guiding engineering teams on design decisions.
- Architect cloud-native solutions on Azure and/or AWS and implement containerized environments with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform and Ansible.
- Drive data modeling and database architecture decisions across SQL and NoSQL environments.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and customer organizations and produce architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field.
- 8+ years of professional experience.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable microservices-based enterprise applications.
- Strong expertise with AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar technologies.
- Experience building and deploying Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions in production.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools including Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.
- Experience with Specification Driven Development methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible.
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, and/or React.
- Experience designing performant, secure, and resilient SaaS applications.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Advanced English is required.
- Preferred qualifications include strong React frontend experience, Energy/Oil & Gas/Industrial-sector experience, AI-focused certifications or training such as Claude Code Architect, enterprise AI governance and responsible AI experience, and exposure to large-scale cloud transformation initiatives.
