Base Salary

$96k - $124k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement enterprise generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, multi-agent workflows, and conversational experiences.
  • Build, integrate, deploy, monitor, optimize, and support production-grade AI applications and ML systems.
  • Develop scalable cloud-native AI solutions using APIs, enterprise systems, event-driven patterns, containers, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
  • Implement evaluation, observability, governance, responsible AI, security, privacy, and compliance controls.
  • Translate business requirements into AI-powered products while collaborating with product managers, software engineers, data engineers, and business stakeholders.
  • Explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences and mentor less experienced colleagues when appropriate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 4–8 years of experience in software engineering, machine learning engineering, AI engineering, or related fields preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience developing production-grade applications.
  • Experience building REST APIs with FastAPI, Flask, or similar technologies.
  • Experience designing and implementing generative AI solutions using LLMs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Llama, or Mistral.
  • Strong understanding of RAG architecture, vector databases, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and AI application optimization.
  • Experience building AI agents and multi-agent workflows with frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel.
  • Experience with GitHub, CI/CD platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, relational databases, and NoSQL databases.
  • Knowledge of MLOps and LLMOps, including model deployment, monitoring, observability, and governance.
  • Understanding of software design patterns, testing strategies, production support, cloud-native architectures, and event-driven patterns.
  • Experience integrating AI services through APIs and enterprise systems and implementing responsible AI, security, privacy, and compliance controls.
  • Ability to collaborate with product teams, translate business needs into technical solutions, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
