Responsibilities
- Architect and extend Oracle CPQ solutions using Redwood UX and modern Redwood-native features.
- Lead commerce-flow design and development, including approval routing, pricing logic, and document generation.
- Maintain and enhance PTO, ATO, and ETO configurators for performance and scalability.
- Govern CPQ instance management, code migration, CI/CD pipelines, and concurrent release cycles.
- Gather requirements with Sales, Engineering, Order Management, and Pricing teams and translate them into scalable technical designs.
- Integrate Oracle CPQ with Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle EBS Order Management, PD/PIM, and custom applications using REST, SOAP, and XSLT.
- Analyze and reimplement legacy JavaScript customizations using Redwood-native features.
- Embed external applications into CPQ commerce flows using iFrames and Redwood layout components.
- Monitor and optimize performance by addressing latency, stuck threads, and deployment bottlenecks.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience with Oracle CPQ (BigMachines), including multiple full-cycle implementations.
- Hands-on experience with Redwood UI migration, layout compatibility analysis, and reengineering legacy UI logic.
- Strong command of BML, BMQL, and CPQ administration tools, including product models, commerce rules, data tables, file manager, logs, and security.
- Experience integrating CPQ with CRM and ERP systems, especially Oracle EBS and Sales Cloud.
- Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes, including pricing, approvals, and order orchestration.
- Experience with DataCube, contract renewals, and aftermarket sales quoting.
- Familiarity with SIOP processes and dependencies on opportunity, quote, and order data.
- Oracle CPQ Implementation Specialist certification preferred.
- Experience with Redwood UI layout migration tools and guided selling enhancements preferred.
- Knowledge of performance tuning, including BMQL optimization, deployment scheduling, and API load reduction preferred.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices preferred.
