Base Salary
$140k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own significant features and platform components end-to-end.
- Build backend services, APIs, and frontend systems for a collaborative content platform.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and establish quality standards.
- Write clean, well-tested code and mentor less experienced engineers.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical plans.
- Integrate AI tooling into development workflows and the product.
- Help define team processes, standards, and engineering culture.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Genuine full-stack capability with experience in both backend and frontend systems.
- Strong API design experience with REST, GraphQL, and webhooks.
- Cloud-native fluency with experience designing and operating services in GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Experience with real-time or collaborative systems is a plus.
- Depth in frontend architecture including component modeling and state management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience actively building with AI and integrating it into products.
