Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and deliver end-to-end AI products spanning data ingestion, feature engineering, model training and inference, APIs, user interfaces, and monitoring.
- Build front-end applications with React, Angular, or Streamlit and backend services with Python and FastAPI.
- Integrate manufacturing systems, robotics platforms, autonomous mobile robots, sensor networks, and enterprise applications.
- Develop digital twin environments for simulation, validation, and operational optimization.
- Integrate LLMs, agentic AI frameworks, and AI-assisted decision support into production manufacturing workflows.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications across cloud and edge environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Optimize AI and simulation workloads through GPU acceleration, performance tuning, model optimization, and Responsible AI practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience designing, building, and deploying production web applications, AI solutions, or both.
- Strong Python and modern JavaScript/TypeScript programming skills with experience developing scalable software architectures.
- Experience building data ingestion, ETL, or feature-engineering pipelines for AI/ML applications at scale.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline development.
- Working knowledge of SQL and enterprise database technologies.
- Experience collaborating across software engineering, data science, operations, and infrastructure teams.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree or equivalent experience, industrial or semiconductor manufacturing experience, generative AI and LLMOps experience, Responsible AI and governance experience, GPU and model optimization experience, and robotics, digital twin, simulation, SCADA, FMCS, BMS, or critical-facility experience.
- Preferred robotics experience includes ROS or ROS 2, Isaac Sim/Lab, SLAM, LiDAR or depth-camera processing, and sim-to-real transfer.
