Responsibilities

Architect, build, deploy, and maintain redundant, resilient, scalable, self-sustaining AWS cloud infrastructure for customers.
Design, build, and maintain Kubernetes infrastructure, including clusters, namespaces, and deployments.
Develop infrastructure-as-code and automation using DevOps tools and cloud-native technologies.
Design and manage CI/CD pipelines and workflows, and improve operational practices and procedures.
Support infrastructure monitoring and alerting, troubleshoot issues, and develop required automation.
Work independently with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate features and enhancements.
Implement and maintain compliance and security practices in operational infrastructure.
Train and mentor junior DevOps engineers and new team members.

Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a related field.
At least 5 years of professional DevOps engineering experience.
At least 4 years of experience using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab, or similar.
Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK.
Experience with container orchestration using Kubernetes/EKS, ECS, Rancher, or similar platforms.
Experience with configuration-management tools such as Puppet or Ansible and container technologies such as Docker or Docker Compose.
Experience scripting with Bash, Python, Ruby, Go, or JavaScript as needed.
Strong hands-on AWS solution-architecting experience and experience designing and managing CI/CD workflows.
Extensive production experience designing, deploying, and managing Kubernetes clusters.
Experience creating Docker images, managing Docker registries, and configuring Docker runtime environments.
Familiarity with Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and the ELK stack for monitoring and logging.
Strong knowledge of IP networking, VPNs, DNS, load balancing, firewalls, and secure cloud-native infrastructure.
Effective English-language communication skills and the ability to work independently or on project teams with limited supervision.
AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate or Professional, AWS Certified DevOps Professional, and/or Certified Kubernetes Administrator credentials are preferred.

The position is based in Lahore and follows 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Central Time (US) hours.
