Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize GCP and AWS infrastructure, including GKE, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Cloud Composer/Airflow, Cloud Run, Compute Engine, Cloud SQL, EC2, and S3.
- Operate and maintain production GKE/Kubernetes environments, including networking, security, scaling, and upgrades.
- Build and maintain infrastructure with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
- Design and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI and/or GitHub Actions.
- Support data lakehouse architecture, data platforms, governance, and analytics workloads.
- Maintain and optimize Qlik Sense, Tableau, and Power BI infrastructure.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability with Grafana and Cloud Operations Suite.
- Maintain IAM, encryption, network security, and access-control practices.
- Develop automation using Python, Bash, or Go.
- Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and reliability improvements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or platform engineering.
- Deep hands-on experience with GCP and AWS.
- Strong Kubernetes/GKE experience, including networking and security.
- Experience with BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Cloud Composer/Airflow, and Cloud SQL.
- Strong knowledge of data lakehouse architecture and governance.
- Hands-on Terraform experience.
- Experience with GitLab CI and/or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with Grafana and cloud monitoring/observability.
- Experience supporting Qlik Sense, Tableau, or Power BI infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of IAM, encryption, and network security.
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Go.
