Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable modular applications with C# and .NET Core.
- Build modern web applications and responsive interfaces using Blazor or comparable front-end frameworks and Bootstrap.
- Design data models and database schemas and optimize application performance with Entity Framework Core and SQL Server.
- Develop and support serverless solutions using Azure Functions or comparable technologies.
- Design, build, and support AI-enabled applications, agents, and intelligent workflows.
- Evaluate and optimize AI-augmented software development lifecycle practices and platform workflows.
- Develop automated UI, API, and database testing solutions and improve test reliability and automation frameworks.
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, testing, CI/CD processes, troubleshooting, and collaborative software delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into maintainable technical solutions.
Requirements
- Strong grounding in object-oriented programming and maintainable, scalable software development.
- Experience with data modeling, migrations, LINQ, Entity Framework Core, SQL Server scripting, execution-plan analysis, indexing, and query tuning.
- Proficiency with C# and .NET Core and at least one modern front-end framework such as Blazor, React, Angular, or Vue.
- Proficiency with JavaScript and/or TypeScript and responsive UI development using Bootstrap or similar CSS frameworks.
- Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Functions or comparable serverless technologies.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, collaborative development workflows, and Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience with LLM architecture, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, semantic search, vector databases, and agentic AI patterns.
- Experience building AI agents or AI-enabled workflows and evaluating AI-generated output and model limitations.
- Strong knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, and modern AI/ML frameworks.
- Experience with test parallelization, test-data management, and flaky-test triage.
- Preferred familiarity with MediatR, Clean Architecture, Fluxor, Polly, Docker, Kubernetes, Playwright, Artillery, JMeter, K6, or Locust.
