Responsibilities
- Define and own Salesforce solution architecture across business and technology streams.
- Lead Financial Services Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce solution implementations.
- Conduct architecture workshops, discovery sessions, and technical assessments.
- Drive scalable, secure, governed, and high-performing solution designs.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions with stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Provide architecture guidance throughout implementation and deployment.
- Support pre-sales solutioning, estimations, architecture proposals, RFPs, and client discussions.
- Review technical designs, code quality, and integration strategies.
- Mentor and guide Salesforce developers, technical leads, and architects.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and Salesforce best practices.
Requirements
- Over 8–10 years of Salesforce implementation experience, including at least 4–5 years as a Solution Architect.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Core technologies, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Mandatory experience implementing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions and understanding its data models, processes, and best practices.
- Mandatory Salesforce Agentforce and Salesforce Data Cloud certifications.
- Hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud implementation and customer data strategy experience.
- Experience using Agentforce to build AI-powered customer engagement and service experiences.
- Strong experience with custom Salesforce development, integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party connectivity.
- Ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and manage scalable, secure, and maintainable architecture.
- Experience with solution definition, technical discovery workshops, architecture governance, estimation, proposal development, and pre-sales client solutioning.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, sharing architecture, governance, declarative and programmatic capabilities, and platform best practices.
- Experience mentoring developers, technical leads, and junior architects, with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect and Salesforce Certified Solution Architect certifications are preferred.
- Experience with enterprise integration, CRM transformation programs, global delivery teams, enterprise clients, Agile delivery environments, enterprise architecture frameworks, and governance methodologies is preferred.
