Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain the enterprise SailPoint Identity Governance and Administration platform.
- Configure and troubleshoot SailPoint connectors, rules, transforms, and workflows.
- Build Joiner, Mover, Leaver, Rehire, and Inactive lifecycle workflows and RBAC models.
- Develop provisioning architectures spanning HRIS platforms, directory services, and identity providers.
- Support access certification campaigns, periodic access reviews, Separation of Duties reporting, and compliance reporting.
- Diagnose issues across connected identity systems and collaborate with Compliance, Identity Architecture, Network Operations, Security, and business teams.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and JSON-based integrations and support automated IAM platform deployments.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of SailPoint engineering experience building enterprise-grade applications and services.
- At least 2 years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityNow or Identity Security Cloud experience.
- Ability to independently configure and troubleshoot SailPoint connectors, rules, transforms, and workflows.
- Experience with identity provisioning across HRIS, directory services, and identity providers such as Workday, Active Directory, and Okta.
- Understanding of software design patterns, scalable system design, and data modeling for identity governance.
- Experience building lifecycle workflows and Role-Based Access Control models.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or 4+ years of progressive hands-on IAM experience in lieu of a degree.
- Equivalent combinations of education, professional training, and relevant work experience may be considered.
- Preferred experience includes SOX, SOC 2, HiTrust, NIST, access certification, Separation of Duties, and Periodic Access Review programs.
- Preferred experience includes multi-tenant or multi-company identity environments, Okta Workforce administration, REST APIs, JSON integrations, Neo4j, Azure-hosted identity infrastructure, healthcare or regulated industries, SailPoint certifications, technical leadership or mentoring, and Git/GitHub-based deployment practices.
