Responsibilities
- Own the design, implementation, and evolution of GKE-based Kubernetes infrastructure across K Health and enterprise partner environments.
- Build and maintain modular Terraform infrastructure with automated testing across GCP, Cloudflare, and AWS.
- Architect and maintain shared GitLab CI/CD pipeline templates for engineering teams.
- Operate self-hosted infrastructure software including GitLab, ArgoCD, Langfuse, DependencyTrack, NGINX Ingress, and related tools.
- Implement infrastructure and software supply chain security and compliance controls, including secrets management, secret detection, container scanning, SOC2, and HIPAA controls.
- Lead disaster recovery design, failover testing, runbook creation, and readiness programs.
- Develop AI-powered operations tooling and agentic infrastructure.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve production reliability while responding to incidents during on-call shifts.
- Mentor junior DevOps engineers and establish team-wide engineering standards.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or site reliability engineering.
- Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes and tools including Helm, Helmfile, ArgoCD, Kyverno, cert-manager, and NGINX Ingress.
- Extensive Google Cloud Platform experience with GKE, Cloud SQL, Memorystore, Cloud Storage, IAM, and Workload Identity.
- Strong Terraform expertise covering modular architecture, multi-environment provisioning, and automated testing.
- Advanced knowledge of GitLab CI/CD and GitOps practices.
- Proficiency in Python and/or Go.
- Preferred experience with Bash, Akeyless, HashiCorp Vault, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, Datadog, Cloudflare, and disaster recovery programs.
- Bonus experience with SOC2, HIPAA, HPC or GPU clusters, Slurm, AI agents, microservices, API gateways, reverse proxies, and AWS.
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, communication, and cross-functional infrastructure initiative experience.
