Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain highly available blockchain products and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with teams to improve infrastructure, monitoring, and incident response.
- Identify and implement automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Research and stay updated on trends in the web3/blockchain space.
- Debug complex distributed blockchains to improve participation.
- Implement monitoring tools to ensure the health of blockchain infrastructure.
- Participate in on-call rotations to maintain service reliability.
- Develop automation scripts to streamline deployment and recovery processes.
Requirements
- Prior software engineering experience in modern programming languages.
- Experience with blockchain infrastructure and proof-of-stake consensus.
- Strong knowledge of custody key management and HSMs.
- Ability to script in high-level languages like Python or Bash.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
