Responsibilities
- Install, qualify, deploy, and sustain new software products and manufacturing applications.
- Monitor and improve safety, quality, productivity, cost, yield, and defect-reduction KPIs.
- Troubleshoot software systems and manufacturing applications, including root cause analysis and problem-solving.
- Drive continuous improvement through software enhancement, process optimization, and adoption of new technologies.
- Collaborate with software developers, manufacturing engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
- Design, develop, deploy, integrate, and sustain applications using AI/ML, LLMs, Agentic AI, computer vision, and data analytics.
- Ensure software quality, security, maintainability, and compliance throughout the application lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, software engineering, data science, robotics, intelligent systems, or a related field.
- Hands-on Python programming experience and familiarity with object-oriented languages such as C#, C++, or Java.
- Knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, LLM-based applications, and data analytics.
- Experience or familiarity with Agentic AI, RAG, AI workflow orchestration, computer vision, image analysis, model training, and model fine-tuning is advantageous.
- Experience working with SQL, Pandas, APIs, and software integration.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver results within timelines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, automation, AI, or industrial environments is an advantage.
- Willingness to work onsite in a 12-hour rotational shift pattern, four working days per week, based on business needs.
